Русский перевод и валидация SarQoL® – опросника качества жизни для пациентов с саркопенией

Аннотация
Цель – проведение языковой адаптации и валидации на российской выборке специального опросника SarQoL, предназначенного для оценки качества жизни людей пожилого возраста с саркопенией.
Материал и методы. Включено 100 пациентов старше 65 лет, средний возраст 74,0±6,5 года, наблюдавшихся амбулаторно, из них 50 участников с диагностированной саркопенией и 50 участников без саркопении. Диагноз саркопении устанавливался на основании критериев, разработанных Европейской рабочей группой изучения саркопении (EWGSOP, 2010). Процедура валидации проходила в соответствии с протоколом.
Результаты и обсуждение. Выявлено значительное снижение общего показателя качества жизни по опроснику SarQoL у пациентов с саркопенией по сравнению с контрольной группой без саркопении (50,65±14,23 и 75,10±14,46 соответственно; р<0,001), высокая внутренняя согласованность опросника SarQoL (коэффициент á Кронбаха 0,924). Установлена значимая положительная корреляция доменов с общим показателем SarQoL в диапазоне от r=0,37, р=0,0083 до r=0,92, р<0,001. Выявлены умеренные корреляционные связи между SarQoL и некоторыми доменами SF-36 и опросника EQ-5D. Обнаружена высокая внутренняя согласованность (ICC) 0,935 (95% ДИ 0,91–0,96).
Заключение. Русскоязычная версия опросника SarQoL является валидной, последовательной и надежной и может быть использована для оценки качества жизни у пациентов старшего возраста с саркопенией.
