Аннотация

Представлен проект рекомендаций, разработанных группой экспертов  по изучению спондилоартритов (ЭкСпА)  по поручению Ассоциации ревматологов России.  Рекомендации включают основные  положения по применению нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов  при аксиальных спондилоартритах, включая анкилозирующий спондилит, содержат указания  по длительности  их применения, описывают  возможную тактику ведения пациентов в наиболее частых клинических ситуациях и предпочтительный алгоритм оценки  эффективности и безопасности лечения.
